  2. We strive to maintain low administrative costs and we pass that benefit to our customers fare and accessible rates.

  3. Is it true that there are no hidden costs?
  4. None. You can confirm this on your accounts page. We charge for the minutes consumed at the published rate. No more, no less.

  5. Are the taxes included in the rates?
  6. All taxes are included in our per-minute rates.

  7. What do I have to dial to make my first phone call?
  8. To make any international long distance call from a registered number, you must dial from one of our access numbers. Once you hear the welcome greeting you can dial your destination dialing COUNTRY CODE + CITY CODE + Destination Number + # key.

    We recommend dialing the # key in order to tell the system that you have finished dialing your destination number.

    You should never dial prefixes like 00 or 011 before dialing the destination number, please only dial COUNTRY CODE + CITY CODE + Destination Number + # key.

  9. How do I know what my PIN is?
  10. The PIN assigned to make international long distance calls from non-registered numbers, arrives via the welcome email at the address you provide. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder since sometimes emails land in that folder.

  11. How does a call minute cost me?
  12. The rates for international long distance calls depend on the country and city to where you want to call. Consult the complete rate list here.

  13. Can I look at my call history? How do I do it?
  14. To check you call history and account balance, go to Account, there you will be asked for your email and password that you received on the welcome email.

  15. How can I topup/recharge my account?
  16. Your account will be automatically recharges/topup when the balance reaches $1 dollar, this way we can help you have a balance to make your international long distance calls.

  17. Can I topup/recharge my account manually?
  18. No. The system we have designed is totally automatic. This is with the intent to lower administrative costs while offering the lowest rates.

  19. Can I start dialing before the welcome message ends?
  20. Yes, you can start dialing at any moment during the recording.

  21. Can I cancel my account?
  22. Yes. You can cancel your account at any moment sending us an email to customerservice@globafon.net indicating us your request to cancel your account. The system will cancel any automatic payments and erase your account as soon as your balance reaches zero or a lapse of 30 days occurs, whatever happens first.

  23. Can I refer my friends and family?
  24. Yes. For every referral that signs up to our service, you will receive US $5 in your account.

  25. How can I utilize the service after I sign up?
  26. You can start using the service no later than 59 minutes after you have successfully made the first payment.

  27. Why does my call drop during a conversation?
  28. One unlikely possibility is that there is a technical failure. We strive to minimize these occurrences, but they could happen. Another possibility is that you may not have enough balance in your account. Please check your account by clicking here to make sure that there are enough funds.
